1Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any software product developed by PRA IntelliSoft ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("the User" or "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use our software. These Terms apply to all users including individuals and corporate entities.

2Products and Licensing

PRA IntelliSoft develops and distributes the following Windows desktop software applications:

• RT Crew Scheduler — Radiography crew scheduling and radioactive source management software. Licensed annually per PC.
• RT Training Record — Radiation training compliance and certificate management software. Licensed as a one-time perpetual purchase per PC.
• RADFILM Management — X-ray film inventory and RTFI management software. Licensed annually per PC.

All products are desktop applications designed for Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems. Each license is specific to a single physical machine (PC) unless a multi-PC package has been purchased.

3License Grant and Restrictions

Upon successful payment and license activation, PRA IntelliSoft grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the purchased software on the number of PCs specified in your purchase.

You may:

• Install and use the software on the licensed number of PCs
• Use the software for your internal business operations
• Make backup copies for archival purposes

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or share the software with third parties
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• Sublicense, sell, rent, or lease the software
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use the software on more PCs than licensed
• Transfer the license to another individual or entity without written consent

4Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Current pricing is as follows:

• RT Crew Scheduler: $99.99 per PC per year | $185.99 for 2 PCs per year
• RT Training Record: $30.99 per PC — one-time perpetual license
• RADFILM Management: $49.99 per PC per year | $90.99 for 2 PCs per year

Payment is accepted via bank transfer or payment gateway as specified during the purchase process. A license key will be issued upon confirmation of payment. PRA IntelliSoft reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing active licenses.

5Refund Policy

Due to the nature of software license products, all sales are generally final. However, we consider refund requests under the following conditions:

• Technical failure: If the software fails to function on a supported operating system and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team within 7 business days of reporting.
• Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same license twice, contact us within 48 hours.

Refund requests must be submitted to support@praintellisoft.com within 7 days of purchase with proof of payment and a description of the issue.

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method where possible.

6License Activation

After purchase, a license key will be emailed to you within 24 hours of payment confirmation. The license key is tied to your Machine ID, which is a unique identifier generated by the software and specific to your PC hardware.

• Each license key can only be activated on the number of PCs specified in your purchase
• If you change or replace your PC hardware, contact us for a license transfer request
• Annual licenses must be renewed before expiry to continue using the software
• The 30-day free trial is fully functional and requires no license key

To find your Machine ID, open the software and navigate to Help → License Info, or it is displayed on the activation screen when the software is first launched.

7Intellectual Property

All software, code, design, graphics, documentation, and content developed by PRA IntelliSoft are the exclusive intellectual property of Prashobh Nair and PRA IntelliSoft. All rights are reserved.

These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights. You are granted only a limited license to use the software as described herein. The PRA IntelliSoft name, logo, and product names are trademarks of PRA IntelliSoft and may not be used without prior written permission.

8Privacy and Data

Our software products are designed to operate entirely on your local machine or your chosen network/cloud storage. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your operational data on our servers.

When you contact us or submit a license request through our website, we collect only the information you provide (name, email, company, Machine ID) for the sole purpose of processing your license and providing support.

• We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties
• We do not use your data for marketing without your consent
• Website analytics (Google Analytics) may collect anonymised usage data

9Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

PRA IntelliSoft does not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities. We recommend maintaining regular backups of all data used with our software.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PRA IntelliSoft and Prashobh Nair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or profits
• Business interruption
• Regulatory penalties or compliance failures
• Damages resulting from use or inability to use the software

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you for the specific software license giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11Termination

PRA IntelliSoft reserves the right to terminate your license immediately and without notice if you:

• Violate any provision of these Terms
• Attempt to reverse engineer, crack, or circumvent license protection
• Use the software for unlawful purposes
• Fail to make payment for an annual renewal within 30 days of the due date

Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the software and delete all copies in your possession. No refund will be provided upon termination due to a violation of these Terms.

12Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PRA IntelliSoft regarding the use of our software and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
